Data protection

Schools hold and process a large range of data, including pupil, parent, guardian and staff personal data. We support clients with their data privacy obligations, ensuring they have the correct systems and processes in place.

Our Data Protection team supports clients to navigate the complexities of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) ensuring they manage and securely store employee data correctly, and provide advice on data breaches and the handling of overseas data transfers. Additionally, they provide staff training for general awareness or specific training for Data Protection Officers, Data Protection Managers, and other staff members.
